![]() ![]() CEMIL was also angry at the comment she made. She said in front of everyone, "This is more appropriate! You're so much closer to your mommy than is with his." My cousin was embarrassed, but danced with her anyway because she didn't want EA to cause an even bigger scene. After the bride and groom's first dance, EA got to my cousin before CU and insisted that they do a mother daughter dance before she dances with CU. I sat between my dad and grandma, and there wasn't any drama. He later found out that I didn't have to use the bathroom, and was mad.ĭinner was fine. When I was a few feet away, my sister came back and pulled me away. I was inching away as he was telling me that it was rude to leave mid-conversation. I was getting uncomfortable, so I told him that I had to use the bathroom, but he told me to just hold it. I had mentioned that I was getting bullied in school, so he decided to lecture me about how "boys will be boys" and that I should just be nice to them because they might like me. It didn't start off weird, just some basic questions about school, but then he asked my sister if she was seeing any boys (she was in high school at the time), and she pretended she got a text from our mom saying she needed something. This gave CU the opportunity to approach us and start a conversation. My cousin needed my parents' help with something, so my sister and I were left alone. Unfortunately, dinner was not served right away. Being the antisocial kid that I was (who grew up to be an antisocial adult), I agreed. He said that it would be the only way for him to avoid talking to EA. He told me that he didn't want me to leave his side from the moment everyone sat down for dinner until we left. We got to the restaurant where the reception was being held, but he pulled me aside before we went in. He tried to talk my mom into just taking my grandma home and spend the evening at her place instead. The real nightmare was the reception, and my dad knew it would be. The most I know about him is that CEMIL hates him. My cousin's father in-law didn't even show up to the wedding. She went on to say that they were the perfect couple and did a great job parenting my cousin together. She at least waited until after the ceremony ended to start flirting with him. ![]() After CU walked my cousin down the aisle, EA spent the rest of the ceremony clinging to him and batting her eyes. He's still legally married to EA, but they live in separate houses. ![]() The day of the wedding was the first and last time I've ever met CU. (For more info about my EA's parenting, read what happened to her first daughter in part 1). They didn't go there to celebrate on behalf of their children, they went so that they could brag about their accomplishments and complain how hard it was to parent them.
